NOTE!!!!.....When ordering PLEASE include your contact phone # when paying through Paypal, so if we have a question, we may call you so that your order will not be delayed.

Because of Paypals security, the address you request to have your order sent to must match your billing address on your Credit Card. This is Paypals way of preventing Credit Card fraud. If that address is only a box number please include a street address in the note area found in the Paypal checkout because Cherokee Warehouse ships using UPS and they do not deliver to Post Office Box numbers.

Once we receive your order, we will confirm it with Cherokee which ships out of Dallas, Texas. Please check your email for confirmation that your item was in stock and in the color and size you requested.  If your item is backordered, it will automatically be shipped as soon as it is available from the Cherokee Warehouse. If you do not want to wait for a backordered item please enter in the "NOTE" area in the Paypal checkout that you want a refund of any item that needs to be backordered. Please also offer your contact phone number where asked in PayPal Check-out so we can call you about any questions or delays that may arise.

 

Cherokee usually ships by UPS and delivery time varies according to where you live, but generally you should receive it between 13-17 days and usually sooner. Once it is shipped by the company, it is up to the respective carrier to deliver it to you within their time charts. If you haven't received your order within 17 days you may check the status of it with us by phone: 1-912-267-9551 or email us at Order Check .
